Sh\u014dami Kiyonari (1647\u20131726) was a blacksmith of the&nbsp; Sh\u014dnai and Sh\u014dami schools. The Sh\u014dami were a school of swordsmiths who emerged in Kyoto towards the end of the Muromachi Period (1336\u20131573); in particular, they specialised in <em>tsuba<\/em>.
