With the mouth of Sakata harbor as its focus, this image portrays shrines and temples, amongst them San\u014d-sha (modern day Hie Shrine) and Shinmei-sha (modern day K\u014dtai Shrine), official loading stations (rice storehouses directly under the sh\u014dgunate\u2019s control), showing the townscape of Sakata \u2013 including Teramachi and Nakamachi streets.
