Totoki Baigai (1749-1804) was a Confucian scholar and painter of the Southern School during the mid-to-late Edo period. Born in Osaka, he studied Confucianism under Itō Tōsho, serving as official Confucian teacher for the Nagashima Domain in Ise Province. He studied calligraphy under Chō Tōsai, and painting under Ike no Taiga.
