Tamamizu Yahei (1662-1722) was a potter active during the early and mid Edo period, and the son of Ichinyū, the fourth head of the Raku family. He opened a kiln in Tamamizu Village, Yamashiro Province (modern Ide-chō, Tsuzuki District, Kyoto Prefecture), invigorating the Tamamizu-yaki pottery industry.
